The property was acquired in partnership with VEREIT as part of the Diamondback Industrial Portfolio, a six-asset package encompassing 4.8 million square-feet of industrial real estate across five states.  480 Park Center Drive is the site of a 466,000 SF “Rapid Deployment Center” for giant hardware retailer Home Depot. The company runs an extremely lean supply chain. The Rapid Deployment Center allows the company to quickly offload large shipments from their suppliers and get them on trucks that roll out to their Southeastern retail locations every day – with little or no inventory build-up on site. The property was sold in September 2022.
