Retailer TJX Cos., parent company to HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls, has maintained a major operations/distribution center at this 1.015 million SF property in North-East Philadelphia since 2001. Ocean West acquired this fully leased property as part of the Diamondback Industrial Portfolio, a six-asset package encompassing 4.8 million square-feet of industrial real estate across five states, with VEREIT in May of 2019.  This state-of-the-art facility ships more than 225 million boxes of goods and inventory every year to Marshalls retail stores across the United States. The property was sold in September 2022.
